Home Inspection Services in Skagit, Whatcom, & Island Counties
Purchasing a home can be stressful, with enough moving parts to make your head spin! My goal is to make the home inspection aspect of the process as simple and straightforward as possible so that you can feel confident in knowing that you are doing all that you can to make a well informed decision in that major purchase.
Why home inspection?
The purpose of a home inspection is to assess the condition of the residence at the time of the inspection using visual observations, simple tools and normal homeowner operational controls; and to report deficiencies of specific systems and components thorough a non-technically exhaustive process and does not identify concealed conditions or latent defects so that you can feel confident in your decision making process.

Pricing is dependent on three factors.
1. Size of home
2. Age of home – In general older homes require a higher level of attention as some of the systems and materials reach and exceed their expected life span.
3. Existence/Inclusion of additional outbuildings – Attached garages are included in a standard inspection. Additional outbuildings will be inspected at clients’ request but are otherwise specifically excluded.
